Financial Policies
Please be aware that the parent and/or legal guardian bringing the child to our office is responsible for payment of all charges. For the convenience of our patients, we accept cash, debit, MasterCard or VISA. Personal cheques are not accepted.
Our office does not accept automatic payment from your insurance company. However, our team will assist you by providing the appropriate forms, and filing your dental claims electronically. Our goal is to help maximize your reimbursement as quickly as possible.
Every effort will be made to provide a treatment plan that fits your timetable and budget, and gives your child the best possible care.
For privacy reasons many insurance providers will only release policy details directly to the policy holder. For this reason we are a non-assignment office meaning after payment is received your insurance provider will reimburse you directly. Our office will help to assist you with this by sending your claim electronically or providing you with the necessary documentation to submit to ensure your reimbursement is not delayed. On average insurance reimbursements should be received within 2-4 business days.
